Which operating systems are Keychron keyboards compatible with?

All Keychron keyboards are designed with cross-system compatibility in mind. They feature a dedicated toggle switch to swap between macOS and Windows layouts, and we include extra keycaps for both systems in every box.

How long does shipping take and which countries do you ship to?

We offer worldwide shipping. Processing typically takes 1-2 business days, and delivery usually occurs within 7-15 business days depending on your location and the selected shipping method at checkout.

What is the difference between Hot-swappable and Non-Hot-swappable versions?

A hot-swappable version allows you to change your mechanical switches without soldering. You can simply pull the switches out and plug in new ones to customize your typing feel and sound.

What is your return and warranty policy?

We provide a 12-month warranty on all keyboards. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 7 days of delivery, provided it is in its original condition and packaging.

How do I update the firmware on my keyboard?

Firmware updates can be found on our official website under the 'Firmware' section. Please ensure you select the specific model and layout (ANSI/ISO) of your keyboard to avoid bricking the device.

Do you offer support for QMK and VIA?

Yes, many of our newer series, such as the Q, V, and K Pro series, fully support QMK and VIA, allowing you to remap any key and program macros through a web browser or desktop application.
