Return Process

  Contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and a clear photo of the product in its original packaging.

  Receive Return Authorization

  Once your request is approved, our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the specific warehouse return address.

  Ship the Product

  Securely pack the item and ship it back to us using a trackable courier service; please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

  Inspection and Refund
